North South Consulting is moving further than consultancy and training alone. We also try to create connections and networking. We provide opportunities for our customers to create a long term relationship with businesses at the other side of the world.
For specific technical expertise, North South Consulting is able to arrange technical experts with long term experience in their field.We are working together with Ex-Change in Belgium, Green Dream Company and Share People in Netherlands.
We are focussing on matching business, enterpreneurs and organisations with an eye on business development with technical experts from Western Europe. We focus on small and medium enterpreneurs, although in some situations we also work with bigger organisations and governmental organisations.
With the matching procedure we try to select experts with a proper network in order to create long-term business opportunties as well.
There are per-organisation specific application forms, requirements and conditions, although it is not that complicated.
Application Procedure for Ex-Change or Share People:
- Contact the representative (North South Consulting)
- Meeting for introduction (terms, conditions will be explained)
- Fill out the application form.
- Search for technical expert takes place in Belgium.
- Propose expert.
- Final arrangements are made (flight ticket, hotel reservation, etc.)
- Implementation of the expert.
- Representative visits during the experts stay.
- After leave there will be a follow up or final meeting.
