North South Consulting is moving further than consultancy and training alone. We also try to create connections and networking in order to build capacity of local businesses to access the international market. We provide opportunities for our customers to create a long term relationship with businesses at the other side of the world.

For specific technical expertise, North South Consulting is able to arrange technical experts with long term experience in their field. We are working together with Ex-Change in Belgium, Green Dream Company in Netherlands, Share People in Netherlands, PUM in Netherlands.

We are focussing on matching business, enterpreneurs and organisations with an eye on business development with technical experts from Western Europe. We focus on small and medium enterpreneurs, although in some situations we also work with bigger organisations and governmental organisations. With the matching procedure we try to select experts with a proper network in order to create long-term business opportunties as well.

Recently NSC is also working on logistic solutions and optimization of business processes within companies and for holdings through cooperation with RBD Netherlands who is a representing partner of ORTEC BV Europe.

Focus on provision of technical experts and connecting entrepreneurs with businesses in Europe. Experts are allround in the field they are working in. GreenDreamCompany, Netherlands

 

Through the Together-4-Better programme entrepreneurs in the hospitality and tourist sector can apply for experts to support building their capacity and connect to entrepreneurs in Europe. On a regular base GreenDreamCompany is organizing expeditions for Dutch entrepreneurs to meet with Ethiopian entrepreneurs, which is a wonderful opportunity for two worlds to meet. Overmore GreenDreamCompany is a joint venture partner to build a Eco-Resort in Gorgora in the Northern part of Ethiopia. Some other projects GDC is working on are related to preservation of national parks and conservation of historical sites.

PUM, Netherlands 

Over the last 30 years PUM Netherlands senior experts has send more than 25,000 experts to Asia, Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Central & Eastern Europe. Annually the PUM experts offer their skills and expertise to some 2,000 small and medium sized companies that have no access to know-how for free. Often as a follow-up business contacts are made with companies in the Netherlands. Pum Netherlands senior experts provide today´s solutions and help anticipate tomorrow´s problems. During short projects (2-3 weeks) experts support where necessary. As a follow-up of the first project, PUM offers a Business Link Programme, where local business can come to visit Dutch companies. In addition PUM helps improve the skills of entrepreneurs by offering them Training Sessions in their field of business.

Responsible Business Development is working as a reseller of ORTEC bv software solutions. RBD develops tailor made business support based on client´s specific goals, organizational challenges and needs. Application Procedure for Ex-Change, Share People, GreenDreamCompany or PUM:

  1. Contact the representative (North South Consulting)
  2. Meeting for introduction (terms, conditions will be explained)
  3. Fill out the application form.
  4. Search for technical expert takes place in Belgium.
  5. Propose expert.
  6. Final arrangements are made (flight ticket, hotel reservation, etc.)
  7. Implementation of the expert.
  8. Representative visits during the experts stay.
  9. After leave there will be a follow up or final meeting.
